A sport fishing and spearfishing enthusiast. He has fished the coast of La Guaira, in Venezuela, and today goes spearfishing whenever the sea allows. He brings that experience to the De Pesca & Anzuelo guides: what works on the water, what to pack and what to avoid.
How we write
Our content relies on specialist sources, technical manuals, industry publications and the hands-on experience of anglers who fish rivers, lakes, the coast and open sea. Every guide lists the sources it uses. We do not promise shortcuts: we explain the gear and the technique so you can make your own decisions.
Responsible fishing
We encourage using gear properly, following local regulations and respecting species and aquatic ecosystems. That is why our tools are designed for catch and release: measure, write it down and let the fish go.
